摘要
从我国商业银行组织制度的沿革及趋势进行分析,认为目前适应我国政治、经济和社会发展的国有商业银行组织制度改革的最佳方式,应是国家控股的股份制改革,并提出国有商业银行股份制改革应实行整体改制,重点在股权多元化的基础上完善公司治理结构。
In analysis of the organizational system reform and tendency in the state-owned joint-stock commercial bank, it is believed that the best pattern fitting for the state＇ s politics, economy and social development of the reform of the organizational system in the state-owned commercial bank lies in the reform of the state controlled jointstock. The paper also suggests a whole integrated reform for that of the joint-stock in the state-owned commercial bank and that the emphasis, on the poly-stock basis, be put on perfecting the corporation＇s system.
