摘要
为了降低供水系统的运行成本,分析了离心泵变频调速特性,利用最优化原理建了多台离心泵并联运行参数优化的数学模型,采用复合形法求解数学模型,在线对离心泵运行参数进行优化控制,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to decrease the cost for water supply system, the characteristic of high-pressure centrifugal pump is discussed. A new optimization control model is proposed by the optimization theory and method with variable frequency speed regulation technology, in which the objective is to minimize the sum of all the pump power. The software of optimization control system is developed. The applications to real system show that this method is feasible and practical.
