摘要
培育和促进地方企业集群升级是新经济形势下区域经济发展的基本战略。近年来,针对泉州企业集群发展现状和制约瓶颈,泉州大力加强企业信息化建设,企业信息化建设对强化企业集群的机制形成,优化企业间的合作效率,提高泉州企业集群的运行质量,提高企业集群的创新绩效等方面产生积极作用,它将引导泉州企业集群形成合理的演化路径,对促进泉州企业集群升级有着重要意义。
It is the basic strategy of regional economic development to foster and advance the escalation of local cluster of enterprises under new economic situation. In recent years, to counter the current situation and restriction of development of cluster of enterprises, Quanzhou has put an emphasis on enterprises＇ IT construction, which can enhance mechanism for- mation of cluster of enterprises, optimize the cooperating efficiency between enterprises, improve the operating quality and increase the innovative achievement. It will lead cluster of enterprises in Quanzhou to the reasonable developing way and play a very important role in advancing the escalation of it.
