摘要
用插销试验研究了15MnVR(金)的焊接冷裂倾向.在焊接线能量一定的条件下,定量探讨了母材成分、扩散氢含量、预热温度、板厚以及焊缝强度对临界断裂应力的影响.试验结果表明:该种钢与16Mn钢相比具有更好的焊接性。
The tendency of cold cracking in welding of 15MnVR steel is investigated with implant testing method.The influence of composition of base metal,diffusible hydrogen content,preheating temperature,plate thicknees,and strength of weld metal on the critical rupture stress within the steel are discussed.quantitatively under certain heat input condition.Tile experimental results show that weldability of the steel is even better than that of 16Mn sted,and the material itself is not highly sesitive to hydrogen.Based on the test,proper prosal for welding procedure of the steel is offered.
