摘要
企业管理作为管理学的重要分支，由于受企业持续演变和管理具有动态性、开放性内涵的双重影响，其内容及体系始终处于扩张和发展中。无论我国改革开放前几十年的企业实践还是近20年的管理探索，都表明这种扩张和发展在不断进行，且研究显示在未来将通过类比与借鉴、革新与创新，使具有中国特色的社会主义企业管理更加完善。
Enterprise management as an important branch of the science of management is ever undergoing expansion and developmant in terms of content and system. This results from the dual influences of the steady evolution of enterprises and the dynamic and open features of managenment in nature. The enterprise practices in the decades before the Reform as well as management research during the last 2o years show that the expansion and development are going on steadily, and studies show that by means of contrast, learning, reform and creation, socialist enterprise management with Chinese characteristics will be further perfected.
