摘要
用研制的大电流测控装置和多点温度测量仪试验确定了3×7孔排管和1×8根并行等密集敷设条件下的电缆载流量;得出电缆通流下导体和护套表面以及周围运行环境的温度关系;分析了试验值与IEC相关标准理论计算值的差距及其原因;结合工程实际提出了上海地区电缆载流量建议值和紧急过负荷电缆电流控制值,以为运行管理提供技术参考。
The current rating of MV XLPE cables in cluster laying, including 3 *7 duct installation and 1 *8 direct buried installation, were confirmed by test, which were also calculated according to the related IEC standards. The differences between the test data and the calculated data was verified and analyzed. Based upon the onsite conditions, a suggestion value of current rating and emergency over load current was also given in this test research for Shanghai area, which could be a beneficial technical reference for the operation managements. A temperature profile of the relations among the conductor, out sheath and environments with the cable being heated by the current was also achieved, which could supply a technical information for the research of onsite detecting the current rating of the MV XLPE cables.
