摘要
分析了碳的质量分数、宏观和微观组织对高铬铸铁的热稳定性的影响。结果表明:为了保证在交变热应力作用下高铬铸铁的热稳定性,碳的质量分数为2.00%~2.40%;带有铁素体基体的高铬铸铁具有最好的热稳定性;在铸造生产过程中获得等轴晶的宏观组织可以提高铸铁的热稳定性。
The paper analyses the effect that the content of carbon and chromium and macroscopical and microcosmic organize acts on high chromium cast iron.Results show that,in order to ensure the heat stability of high chromium cast iron under across-change heat stress,the content of carbon must be reduced. The high chromium cast iron with ferrite base has the best heat stability.Macroscopical organize of equal-axis crystal will be gained in the process of cast production which can improve the heat stability of cast iron.
