摘要
我们认为白银市在前一阶段的经济转型中所采用的为“高新技术产业替代模式”。白银市在推进“高新技术产业替代模式”转型中采取了许多措施,积极发展高新技术替代产业,并取得了快速发展效应。但由于“高新技术产业替代模式”存在一定的局限性,我们认为白银市应采用“高新技术产业化模式”。本文论述了“高新技术产业化模式”的内涵与特点,提出了白银市采用“高新技术产业化模式”转型的建议。
We think that Baiyin is ahead a stage＇ economic transformation that the inside adopts of for ＂the high and new technique industry acts for mode＂. Baiyin adopted a lot of measure in push forward ＂high and new technique industry act for mode＂ in transformation, the high and nwe technique in positive development acts for the industry, and obtained the fast development effect.
