摘要
分析医科大学学报的来稿范围局限:医学论文的科研设计与统计学问题较多,审稿专家局限校内,同行专家难找,临床专家较忙不能按时完成审稿任务等。提出建立医科大学学报同行专家审稿指标体系和运行机制应注意的问题,为建立有针对性的同行专家审稿机制提供依据。
The paper aims to analyze the problems in contribution resource and peer review for journals of medical universities. The contributions are mainly from the universities or their affiliated hospitals, resulting in special limitations. There also exist some problems in research design and statistics in the medical papers. The experts participating in peer review are often of the same university or hospital, which provokes difficulties in objective evaluation of the medical papers and choosing the proper experts for review. The clinicians usually cannot finish review in scheduled time because of their shortage of spare time. Accordingly the authors propose some suggestions for establishing the indexes and operation mechanism of peer review.
