Experimental analysis and finite element calculation of crack growth in a stiffened plate structure

摘要 对含裂纹加筋板结构的裂纹稳态扩展进行了数值模拟及实验研究。采用有限元模型计算了裂尖强度因子,模拟了裂纹在板面内的扩展,同时针对几种加筋结构形式,进行了扩展裂纹止裂的实验研究。 The analysis of crack growth of stiffened plates that are representative of ship structural components is performed experimentally, at the same time finite element analysis is also used to simulate the crack growth for the cracked test specimens. The stress intensity factor and J-integral as the function of loading are calculated with the ANSYS code, and the criteria of the crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) for the initiation of the crack are evaluated, and the combination of J-R curves and crack tip opening angle (CTOA) is used to control the continuation of the crack growth. For several different stiffened configurations, the ability of retarding crack growth for stiffeners is investigated experimentally.
