摘要
当代中国对外开放的深化、市场经济的负面效应、互联网上不良东西的传播等不可避免地对高校大学生思想政治工作造成冲击，也对新时期高校辅导员的角色以及专业形象提出了新的要求。在高等教育中，艺术院校遵循一般高等教育教学规律，但亦有其特殊的教学规律和模式，特别是在实行学分制管理制度后，重新定位辅导员角色、丰富辅导员角色、提升辅导员的素质对于提高艺术院校思想政治教育的实效具有重要意义。
China being open to foreign countries, ne gative effects of market economy as well as something bad in the internet impact inevitably the ideological work of college students in the universities and colleg es and bring forward new demands to the role of ass istants. Art institutes keep to the same teaching rules as general higher education, but they also have their o wn special rules and models,especially after executing credit hour system,the orientation of assistants is of great significance to enhance the ideological education.
