摘要
对不同土壤干旱条件下刺槐幼苗水分生理和生长指标进行了初步研究。结果表明:蒸腾速率、叶水势、叶片相对含水率、耗水量和耗水系数均随土壤水分的减少而呈降低趋势。同时,对试验中存在的问题进行了探讨。
The water physiology of locust seedling under conditions of different drought stress was tested. The resuhs showed that transpiration rate, leaf RWC, water potential and water-consumption, water use coefficient decreased with soil water decreasing, and leaf WSD increased with soil water decreasing. Meanwhile, some problems were pointed out and discussed.
