摘要
乡镇企业是民族地区加快发展的重要支柱产业之一,也是从根本上破解“三农”难题、增加农民收入的有效途径。然而,由于我国民族地区经济发展的特殊性,乡镇企业普遍存在规模小、水平低、速度慢、效益差、经营管理手段落后、人才匮乏等诸多问题,这些问题已经成为制约或影响企业自身创新发展的顽症,需要在今后的实践中不断加以克服解决。
Town and township enterprises are the pillar industry in speeding up the development of national regions and are the effective approaches to solve the ＂three- agriculture＂ problem and increase the income of peasants thoroughly. However, because of the particularity of the economic development in national regions, there exist some problems in the town and township enterprises which are small- scaled, low- leveled, low- developed, low- benefit, backward - managing method and lacking of intelligent that have become persistent ailment to limit or influence the self advancement and development of the enterprises. We need to overcome and solve these problems gradually in practice in future.
