摘要
柯勒律治和济慈不仅创作了不朽的诗歌作品,还以不同的方式思考文学。柯勒律治的文论系统、完整;济慈的文论,多是片段和随感式的,散见于他的书信中。比较柯勒律治与济慈对想象力的论述,可以发现他们表面的分歧与深层的契合:从艺术见解上看,柯勒律治与济慈殊途同归;从研究方式上看,则一个凭理性求证,一个靠直觉智慧。
Coleridge and Keats not only composed great poems, but also wrote literary criticisms in their own particular ways. Coleridge＇s critical comments are systematic and comprehensive while Keats＇s are piecemeal and spread in his letters. The paper compares the two poets＇ opinions on imagination, showing their essential similarities despite superficial differences. As regards to methods of criticism, Coleridge turns to the power while Keats appeals to the wisdom of intuition are basically similar to each other. As to the content of their criticisms, the tenets they have of reason preached
