摘要 介绍了用频谱分析仪观测信号微小失真度的测量方法和特点。从频域角度分析了信号失真现象,并探讨了频谱分析仪观测微小失真度的原理及若干问题。用R3131频谱分析仪实测的频谱图及数据,验证了频谱仪观测信号微小失真的可行性和优越性。 The method and the characteristics for observing and measuring the microdistortion of signal by using spectrum analyzer have been introduced in the paper. From frequency field angle, the phenomenon of signal distortion is analyzed ,and the principle of observing and measuring the micro-distortion of signal by using spectrum analyzer is explored. At the same time listing two real measurement spectrum graphs and data by using R3131 spectrum analyzer,it has been verified that observing and measuring the micro-distortion of signal by using spectrum analyzer is feasible and advantage.
