摘要
介绍了一种求修正摆线轮与标准针轮啮合时初始间隙的简便算法,使计算式中的两个变量φ和τ转变为一个变量τ的函数,大大简化了计算程序。并对等距修正、移距修正、等距加移距修正的初始间隙进行了比较,结论如下:在相同的顶隙要求下,正等距加负移距修正的初始间隙小于等距、移距修正的初始间隙;以及正等距加负移距修正初始间隙最小的条件。
This paper introduces a new easy calculating method by which the original gap of gear shape repaired cycloid pin gear planetary reducer and standard pin gear be estimated, making two variables φ and τ in one expression change a function of one variable τ, which largely simply calculational program. This method makes some compares with the original gap results of different gear mending plan such as equidistance and move distance. Conclusions: at the request of the same tip gap, the original gap of positive equidistance plas negative move distance is less than the origian gap of equidistance and move distance and less than the minimum condition of the original gap when positive equidistance is plus negative move distance.
