摘要
这里针对计算渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的各几何尺寸,用VisualBasic设计了一个程序软件,该软件对标准齿轮和变位齿轮均适用,可以迅速、准确地计算出结果,大大减少了手工劳动,提高了工作效率。特别是在变位齿轮啮合角的计算中,起到了重要作用。并以一对无侧隙啮合的渐开线变位齿轮为例进行说明。然后在Pro/E2001下实现渐开线变位齿轮的精确造型,以及在此环境下的动态仿真设计。
This text is to calculate the geometrical dimension of the involute spur gears, having designed procedure software in Visual Basic language, it is suitable to the standard gears and the involute gears. It can figure out the result rapidly and accurately, reduce the handwork greatly and improve working efficiency, especially in calculating the mesh angle of modified gears play an important role. And take a pair of involute modified gears without side crack to clench the teeth as an example to explain. Realize the accurate model of the involute modified gears and the design of dynamic imitation under Pro / Engineer2001.
