近两三年来中亚国家的“颜色革命”,就其内容和性质来说,并不是打碎陈旧的政治上层建筑。中亚国家的“颜色革命”源于布什的民主战略,而布什输出民主战略的理论支柱是“民主和平论”。而这种“民主和平论”遭到了世界上一切有识之士的广泛批评。布什以“民主和平论”为理论支柱,推行输出民主战略,从根本上违背世界人民的利益和意愿以及世界文明的发展规律,注定不能得逞。
