摘要
对于当前我国是应该开展混业经营还是继续坚持分业经营模式,国内学者有不同的观点。本文选择菲律宾这一与我国金融基础较为接近的国家,分析其金融业由分业转向混业的原因以及转变后的金融运行效率和风险,以期从中能够找出对我国有益的启示。
Scholars in China hold different opinions as to the choice between sticking to the financial separation and taking up financial integration, which is quite popular around the world. Taking the Philippines as an example, this paper analyzes the cause of its transition to mixed operation and the performance and risks of the financial institutions after the change and discusses its implication for China.
