摘要
目的评价使用乌体林斯治疗顽固性复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效。方法对90名顽固性复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分成2组,治疗组46名行肌注乌体林斯注射液治疗,对照组44名用口服金施尔康治疗。结果复诊90名患者,治疗期(半年内)疗效:治疗组与对照组比较总间隙期延长P<0.05总溃疡数减少P<0.05。治疗后1年疗效:治疗组:42名患者显效,其中31名患者痊愈。结论临床应用乌体林斯治疗复发性AUR是行之有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE To valuate the clinical effect of Utilins in treatment of stubborn RAU. METHOD 90 patients of RAU were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 patients of treatment groups were treated with Utilins, and 44 patients of control groups with multivitamin. RESULT The total interval of ulcer of the treatment groups was longer than control groups, The tota inumber of ulcer of the treatment groups was less than control group, the treatment groups was the best effective in six months. After 1 year treatment,31 cases of the treatment groups was successful cured. CONCLUSION Clinical application of Utilins in treatment of stubborn RAU is effective.
