摘要
可持续发展是目前煤炭行业面临的一个重大课题。本文从资产化管理的角度对此进行了探讨:首先,阐述了煤 炭资源资产化管理的内涵和目标;接着,从市场经济发展、落实科学发展观和防止国有资产流失三个方面论述了实施资产化 管理的必要性,最后,对实施煤炭资源资产化管理提出了自己的建议。
Sustainable development is a significant topic that coal industry faces. This paper discusses it on the standpoint capitalization management ： firstly, giving an introduction to capitalization management and its objectives） then dealing with the necessity of capitalization management in socialist market construction, carrying out the scientific concept of development and preventing national assets loss） lastly, putting forward the suggestion to implementing the capitalization management of coal resource.
