摘要
本文研究了不同品种锥栗在栗瘿蜂危害下叶片中单宁含量的变化情况.结果表明:随栗瘿蜂危害的持续,不同锥栗品种叶片中单宁含量均存在着明显的动态变化.4~5月是栗瘿蜂主要危害期,锥栗叶片中单宁呈现出明显的下降,下降值的大小与品种抗性级别表现出一致性,抗虫品种叶片中单宁含量下降值远高于感虫品种,抗虫级别越高,下降值越大.表明锥栗叶片中单宁含量的多少与品种的抗虫性有密切关系.
The change of tannin contents in leaves, injured by Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatus, were surveyed in this paper. The results showed that with the different damaged stages, the contents of tannin in leaves of different varieties were constantly fluctuating. From April to May, the contents dropped rapidly. The contents of tannin corresponds to the resistance index. The decrement of tannin contents of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the sensitive varieties. The amount of tannin in leaves had close relationship with resistance of the variety.
