摘要
本文报告外伤后脑积水2例,均经CT扫描确定诊断,并接受脑室一腹腔分流术。术后一例病情明显改善,一例脑伤严重,长期昏迷死于肺部感染。对本病进行了讨论。强调CT对本病诊断的重要性,指出早期行分流术,可获得明显改善。
Two casesof posttraumatic hydrocephalus are reported The diagnosis was established with CT scan Both cases underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunting. After shunting, one case improved markedly, the other with more severe brain injury and prolonged unconsciousness died from pulmonary infection The incidence, pathogenesis, clinical manifeslation, diagnosis and treatment of this disease are discussed. It is emphasized that CT scan is of primary importance in thc diagnosis, and that most of the patients who undergo shunting in early period of disease may result in obvious improvement.
