摘要
本文报道了6例(8个肢体)单纯外伤引起的膝内翻,从解剖、生理、病生等方面探讨了发生原因。简述了与Blount's病的不同之处,详细叙述了手术方法。
Varus deformity of the knee is mostly seuas sequelae of anterior poliomyelitis,rickets, rheumatoid arteritis or osteoarthritis, but that following knee injury is rare 6 patients with totally 8 limbs involved with this deformity of the knee arc presented, all of whom had definite history of knee injury. The mechanism of production is supposed to be：（1）epiphysial injury of the femoral condyles;（2）distnrbance of circu lation of the knee joint after injury; （3） heavier load on the medial condyle, and consequently more prone to injury and varus deformity. Supracondylar osteotomy of femur with bone grafting was done in 1 case and iuverled ‘V’sheped osteotomy of upper end of tibia was dope in the rest cases .Operative procedurus are deseribed in delails.
