牛骨形态发生蛋白的提取及其生物学活性的实验研究

The Extraction of Bovine Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) and Experimental Research of Its Biological Activities

摘要 本文报告了从牛骨基质中提取BMP的方法以及生物测定结果。用本方法可以从100g牛长管骨中提取340mg粗制的BMP。在SD大鼠和CH_3小鼠肌肉内培植5~10mgBMP,有85.7%的植入物诱导出了软骨或骨组织。BMP植入肌肉后第1周可引导大量成纤维细胞增生,第2周,成纤维细胞转化成软骨,第3、4周形成骨组织。 The method for extraction of BMP from bovine bone matrix and the results of its biological determinations are reported, with this method, 340 mg of impure BMP can be isolated from 100 grams of wet shaft of long bone. Cartilage and bone were indueed in the 85.7% implants after implantation of bovine BMP in the thigh muscles of SD rats and CH3 mice. Large number of fibroblasts were induced in the 1st week after implantation, fibroblasts were transfered to cartilage in the 2nd week and bone in the 3rd and 4th week.
