摘要
目的:探讨含铜IUD腐蚀性及对子宫内膜的影响。方法:对宫腔内放置不同年限的TCu220CIUD进行电子称重及表面铜套腐蚀情况的观察测定,并对放置IUD10年以上的妇女子宫内膜进行病理观察。结果:随着时间的延长,IUD铜套缺失腐蚀情况越明显,但TCu220CIUD使用>15年,仍有残留铜套位于T型支架上;内膜表面上皮细胞和腺上皮细胞的发育与月经周期时相同步,无异型,间质细胞发育与月经周期不同步。带器时间越长,内膜腺体数目越少,纤维化越严重。所有内膜均未发现癌变及癌前病变。结论:TCu220CIUD可超长期使用,失重法统计出来的数据,对进一步进行含铜IUD腐蚀性研究,提供有利的证据。进一步证实TCu220C放置15年是安全的,但有症状时应取出。
Objective ： The study of erosion of the copper IUD on endometrium. Methods ： TCu220C IUD inserted in uterine for different years were measured and its surface were observed. At the same time, change of women＇s endometrium were studied. Results ： The weight of the Cu on the IUD was decreasing with the time passing. While after more than 15 years use, there was Cu left on the frame of the IUD. Epithelial cells in endometrium and glandular epithelium had the same growth curve with menses cycle, while interstitial cells had the different one. There was no malignant and precancerous lesion in all the endometrium. Conclusion： TCu220C IUD is still safe and effective for women after 15 years use. But it is better to remove it if there are clinical symptoms.
