一种SPWM控制的多电平逆变器电压误差补偿策略 被引量:1

A Voltage-Error Compensation Strategy for Multi-level Inverter based on SPWM Control

摘要 以中点箝位式(Neutral Point Clamped,NPC)三电平电路和双三电平电路拓扑结构为例,分析了SPWM控制的多电平逆变器中功率元件的死区及管压降对输出特性的影响。提出了通过改变SPWM电压控制矢量来补偿死区和管压降造成的电压误差的策略。实验表明,对于多电平逆变器供电的异步电动机控制系统,在无定子电流闭环调节的情况下,采用该补偿策略可以有效地改善输出特性。 Take neutral point clamped (NPC) three-level inverter and double three-level inverter as example, the IGBT dead-time and voltage-drop in multi-lend inverter,which influence on the output-characteristics of multi-level inverter based on SPWM, are analyzed in this paper. A compensation strategy is proposed, which can improve the outputcharacteristics by means of the compensation of voltage control vector of SPWM. The test shows that the proposed strategy is etficient for multi-level inverter-fed induction machine control system without stator-current loon.
