摘要
研究了一种由交流伺服电机驱动的全自动高速平缝机控制器。在对平缝机工艺过程和控制要求分析的基础上,提出了各部分的解决方法,并以PM S320LF 2407A专用DSP芯片为核心的系统中加以实现。实验结果表明,系统达到设计要求,控制性能好。
The automatic high- speed sewing machine controller is studied in this paper. Based on analyzing technical process and control goals of sewing machine ,methods of each part are introduced ,and also realized in the control system based on TMS320LF2407A Experiment results show that this system achieves the goods and has good dynamic and static behaviour.
