摘要
应用氢化物无色散原子荧光法测定水中痕量硒(Ⅳ)和硒(Ⅵ).在1~6 M盐酸中,硒(Ⅳ)与硼氢化钾作用生成气态硒化氢,而硒(Ⅵ)不参与变化.另取水样用热盐酸还原硒(Ⅵ)为硒(Ⅳ),测硒(Ⅳ)总量,用差减法求得硒(Ⅵ).
A hydride generation nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometric method has been developed for the determination of trace Se (Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)in water.An aliquot portion of the sample, adjusted to an aridity of 2N HCI, is treated with KBH_4, only Se(Ⅳ) forms a gaseous hydride, the presence of Se(Ⅵ)does not interfere. Another aliquot portion of the sample, reduced Se (Ⅵ) with heat hydrochloric acid into Se (Ⅳ), is analysed for total Se by the same method. The original Se (Ⅵ) is obtained by their difference.
