摘要
企业重组改制、减员增效、改制分流是国有企业改革的必由之路。企业改革主要围绕实现产权多元化进行,这必将涉及到劳动关系的变更、职工身份的置换等方面的内容。围绕企业重组改制,需要对工会女职工工作进行深入研究。
The organization and restructuring and the transfonnation of property rights of SOEs, increase efficiency by reducing surplus employees, arrangements for redundant personnel are the only way of reform in SOEs. The reform of SOEs mainly realizes plural property fights. It inevitably relates to the changing of industrial relations, replacement of workers and staff members' status and so on. We need to deeply study the work of women workers and staff members by trade unions.
