摘要
讨论了两个光纤法珀传感器的并联复用的原理和信号的傅里叶解调方法,设计了两个法珀传感器的并联复用系统,并进行并联复用实验.采用一元线性回归分析方法对三组典型实验系统的实验数据进行处理分析.实验结果表明,并联复用中同一组传感器信号没有发生明显的串扰,实验结果符合理论推导,波动范围小于2.4%,精度达到4.7με.
The Fourier demodulation of the output signal of the Fabry-Perot strain sensor was analyzed. The principle of the parallel multiplexing according to Fourier demodulation was introduced particularly. Based on this principle, many experiments have been done, of which three experiments have been analyzed emphatically. The experimental results indicate that this demodulation method is valid and practical.
