摘要
设计了一种基于介质阻挡放电原理的低温等离子发生器,对外加电源电压和频率、放电间隙、介质材料及厚度、温度、气流速度等因素及尾气处理效果进行了实验,并对实验结果进行了分析。研究表明,该发生器可使发动机尾气中HC及NO的排放量降低20%以上。为低温等离子体在排放控制方面的研究提供了实验及理论依据。
Non-thermal plasma (NTP) has been studied as a potential candidate for diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment, and the NTP reactor was the critical component in this technology. A compact NTP reactor was presented and the influencing factors, e.g. the gap spacing, the dielectric material, the temperature and the flow gas velocity have been studied in details, also the bench test has been carried out. The result showed that the reactor could reduce the concentration of HC and NO more than 20%.
