摘要
设计了一种飞行器用弹簧储能式空间可伸展机构。根据其所工作的特殊环境和技术参数,确定了具有弹簧驱动、机械式联动、弹性锁止等特征的空间可伸展机构。利用ADAMS软件对其关键部件———扭转弹簧的刚度系数进行了优化设计。对所研制的原理样机进行了试验分析,验证了可伸展机构的性能。
A kind of spring energy accumulation typed stretchable mechanism used in aerobat was designed. According to its special working environment and technical parameters, the special stretchable mechanism that possesses properties of spring driving, mechanical joint moving and elastic locking was determined. Optimization design was carried out on the rigidity coefficient of its key component —— torsional spring by means of ADAMS software. Test and analysis have been made on the developed principle prototype, and the function of the stretchable mechanism was verified.
