摘要
以一台四墙切圆煤粉炉试验模型为研究对象,对炉膛内煤粉的流动及燃烧进行了数值模拟.对煤粉燃烧的挥发分析出分别采用单步反应模型和两步竞争反应模型;对焦炭异相燃烧分别采用扩散燃烧模型和扩散/动力燃烧模型.将这四个模型两两组合得到的计算结果与试验测得数据进行了比较分析,最终确定挥发分析出采用两步竞争反应速率模型、焦炭异相燃烧采用扩散/动力燃烧模型较适合于描述四墙切圆煤粉燃烧室内的燃烧过程.
The combustion of pulverized-coal in a four-wall tangentially-fired furnace was simulated. Single kinetic rate model and two competing rate Kobayshi model are compared at the stage of volatiles combustion. Diffusion limited reaction rate model and Kinetic/Diffusion reaction rate model are also compared at the stage of char combustion. The results show that the combination of two competing rate Kobayshi model and Kinetic/Diffusion reaction rate model are suitable for calculating the combustion.
