高压氧治疗脑梗塞对智能及记忆障碍的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用简易精神状态检查法(MMSE)、修订韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS一RC)和临床记忆量表,对156例脑梗塞患者药物及高压氧(HBO)治疗前后进行测试。研究表明:HBO疗法对多发性梗塞的智能与记忆障碍有较好疗效;直径大于2.0cm的单灶梗塞可引起人类智能障碍、HBO疗法可使其智能及记忆障碍较有效地恢复;腔隙性梗塞对智能影响较小,HBO治疗效果较差;脑萎缩和反复脑缺血性卒中史与智能及记忆障碍有关。认为,HBO综合治疗脑梗塞智能及记忆障碍疗效显著,可靠,值得在临床工作中推广应用。 Drug and high-barometric-Oxygen(HBO)treatment was assessed in 156 cerebral infarctionpatients with mini-mental state examination(MMSE)Wechslter's adult intellect Scale-Repair copy(WAIS-RC)and clinical memory Scale. The rcsults showed: HBOtreatment had good effection for dysmnesia and memoryimpairment in multiple cerebral infarction patients;Dysmnesia was brought by one infarction over 2.0 cen-timetor, HBO treatment had effection; Dysmnesia had alittle infectibn in lacunar infarction patients,HBO treat-ment had bad effection. Dgsmnesia and memory impair-ment was related with cerebral degeneration and transientischemic attack (TIA).Dysmnesia and memory impair-ment in cerebral infarct ion patients had good effectionwith HBO treatment. This method must be greatly usedin clinical works.
