和谐是后现代管理的重要思想,它对幼儿园管理的创新具有指导作用。和谐管理思想观照下的幼儿园管理创新主要包括理念、组织、制度、操作等四个层面。
Harmony is the main philosophical thoughts in post-management, and has important inspiration to the innovation of kindergarten management. According to the postmanagement thoughts, kindergarten management should reform from four aspects including concept, organization, system and operation as shown in the paper.
