摘要
本文通过模型实验,研究钢衬圆形压力管道的外包钢纤维自应力钢筋混凝土在内水压力作用下的性能,包括荷载-变形曲线,管道的开裂和极限荷载以及裂缝宽度,内水压与钢衬、钢筋、混凝土的应力关系等,并结合试验结果对这种管道的适用性进行分析.实验结果表明,钢纤维自应力混凝土能够显著地提高管道混凝土的开裂荷载,能够达到普通管道的2~3倍;钢纤维和自应力管道外包混凝土的裂缝宽度都有减小的作用.
The behaviors of steel lined concrete penstocks with a new type of concrete material(steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete) under internal water pressure are investigated by model tests. The research includes the load and deformation, the ultimate crack loads of penstocks and crack width, the relationship between internal water pressure and the stress of steel line, steel bars and concrete Subsequently, in accordance with the test results the applicability of such penstock is analyzed. The test results indicate that steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete can increase the penstock' s crack load 2 to 3 times than ordinary steel lined concrete penstock, steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete can decrease the crack width of out pack concrete of penstock.
