摘要
通过实验比较法、问卷调查法及数理统计等方法,以广西大学部分学生和《社会体育理论与实践》课程的建设为研究对象,对此课程在高校的开设背景进行了比较系统深入的研究。通过对此课程的评价探讨,从大学生的身体机能、身体素质、心理健康状况及科学的健身功能和终身体育观念的形成来论证《社会体育理论与实践》课程在高校开设的科学性、有效性、实用性和操作性,为高校体育教学改革和社会体育的发展开辟新思路。
Through synthetic experiment contrast method, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper took part of students in Guangxi University and the construction of Social Sports Theories and Practice as the objects,and a research was done on the development background and construction of this course in institutes and universities. This course was proved to be scientific, effective, practical in view of the students' physical function and quality, state of mental health, ability to keep fit and the formation of lifelong P.E. ideas.
