摘要
采用微波辐射技术,建立了麦草浆蒸煮黑液的处理工艺,以颗粒活性炭和钢渣为催化剂,考察了钢渣与活性炭总量、比例、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间等对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,50mL的废水,在微波辐射功率高火(800W),辐射时间10min,活性炭与钢渣总量13g、比例1:23的工艺条件下,黑液的色度去除率能够达到95%以上,并且发现活性炭在重复使用4次时,黑液的色度去除率仍然能够达到80%以上。并进一步研究发现在黑夜的氧化过程基本符合一级反应动力学规律。
Wheat stew pulp black liquor water treated by microwave irradiation technique. The effect of steel dregs. Total quantity and ratio of activated carbon(AC), power and time of microwave irradiation etc. on the wastewater treatment. It was showed that, under the conditions of microwater power of 800W, irradiation time of 10min, tltal quantity 13g of AC and steel dregs, ratio 1:2:3 of AC to steel dregs, removal rate of black liquor colority could reach to over 95%, moreover, after AC was used four times or more, the removal rate of black liquor could reach over 80% still. Through the fiurther research, it ws discovered that the black liquor's oxidation process was basically in conformity with the law of the first order reaction dynamics.
