摘要
以中国科学院文献情报中心为例,总结在信息技术和社会信息化的影响和推动下,图书馆的核心业务工作和业务结构所发生的转变:从采访、编目工作转移到图书馆自动化、数据库建设,进而演变到图书馆的数字化、网络化、专业化文献信息服务;认为图书馆的业务工作、业务机构的组织也需要遵循发展趋势,做出适时调整;提出未来图书馆的业务工作发展将集中于资源组织、读者培训、网络化专业化信息服务、网络化参考咨询、网络化数字工作平台建设几个方面。
Taking Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this paper shows that the content and the working patterns for library work have been totally changed under the influence of IT. And the core library work, such as literature collection, cateloging, and database construction, etc, , has adjusted according to the development of digital libraries and networking development. Professional literature services and the work-flow organization in library need to follow this trend to meet the requirements of future libraries.
