摘要
混凝土结构耐久性不足问题给社会带来了严重的经济负担,日渐受到各国工程界和经济界的高度重视,本文在简单介绍混凝土结构耐久性的基础上,讨论了建设项目全寿命经济分析的方法,分析了考虑混凝土结构耐久性的建设项目全寿命经济分析需要注意的几个重要问题,并讨论了提高建设项目长远经济目标的措施和建议。
The problems of concrete construction durability bring serious economic burden to the society. They are attached increasingly importance by engineering and economic realms. This paper briefly introduces the durability problems of reinforced concrete structures, and discusses the methods and problems of life cycle cost analysis （LCCA） of construction project, and analyses the relative important problems. The measurements and suggestions of enhancement of long-term economic objectives of construction projects are given out
