摘要
本文论述了我国建筑施工企业在人力资源管理过程中存在的问题,并介绍了人力资源管理系统的发展以及国内外的发展近况,由此提出了人力资源管理系统应该实现的系统功能。
This paper discusses the open questions in human resource management of construction project in our country, and introduces the resent development of human resource management system both at here and aboard, then this paper put forward the necessary system functions of a human resource management system.
