摘要
以多糖含量、多糖得率为指标,采用正交试验法对陕北红枣中多糖的提取与分离工艺进行优选。水煎煮提取的最佳工艺为,优化水平组合为A2B1C2、A2B3C1、A2B2C3、温度为80-900C、料水比为1:15最佳;分离的最佳工艺为:分级沉淀多糖时,采用浓缩液:无水乙醇(v/v)以1:3效果最好;当采用活性炭脱色时,活性炭用量为7g/L时,即可完全脱色。
Use ploysaccharides' content and get rate as standard,adopt orthogonal design to optimizing craft of extract and separate polysaccharides, extraction's best craft is to screen the competence of optimising and makes up for A2B1C2,A2B3C1,A2B2C3 and temperature is 80-90℃,the material to water is best as 1:15,the best separate craft is that adopt the cocentrate with 1:3 ,when we use active charcoal decolour ,as the consumption rise to 7g/L, the colour fade competely.
