摘要
用TEM与SEM分别考察了急冷态Cu—0.84Cr—0.05Zr合金中的位错与随后时效组织中的亚晶形态.结果表明,该合金急冷态组织中的高密度位错构成位错网络,在较高温度时效过程中通过发生多边化转变成网络状与纤维状时效工晶的工晶界。
Dislocations in the rapidly quenched Cu- 0. 84Cr- 0. 05Zr alloy and subgrains in the following aged structures have been observed respectively with TEM and SEM. Results show that the dislocations of high density in the structure of this rapidly quenched alloy constructed net dislocation and in the following aging process at highertemperatures changed into net or fibriform subgrain boundary through polygonization.
