摘要
离心泵在运行中常常由于实际工况改变而不能满负荷运行,造成系统效率低,电能消耗大。文章从实际应用出发,介绍了离心泵变频调速节能的基本原理,给出了实际应用中功率的估算方法,现场应用实例表明,变频调速能使系统效率提高,收到明显的节能效果。
During its operation, centrifugal pump can not work efficiently caused by changing of working condition, low system efficiency, and higher power exhaust. The paper presents the basic principle and presents practical calculation of power, and practical application on site. It has proven that the system is with high efficiency and evidence of energy-saving.
