摘要
从“人本管理”的思想出发,借鉴企业化的人事管理制度,从理论与实践两方面对现阶段图书馆人力资源管理进行了探讨。
This article studied the theory and practice on inspecting to human resourses in library nowadays basing on the business management personnel, administration system from the idea of “humane administra- tion”.
