摘要
目的探讨产科急性弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法对26例产科急性DIC临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果熟悉产科急性DIC临床表现,及早做出诊断,积极治疗诱发产科急性DIC的原发疾病,及时去除病因是抢救产科急性DIC成功的关键;根据诱发疾病及DIC的发展阶段,合理使用肝素及补充纤维蛋白原、凝血因子是提高治愈率的重要手段。结论产科急性DIC发病急骤,病情凶险,死亡率高,只要及时诊断、合理治疗,可显著降低孕产妇死亡率。
Objective To explore the clinical character, diagnosis and treatment methods for DIC in obstetrics, Methods Retrospective stuty was made on 26 cases for DIC in obstetrics in recent two years. Results It was the key to successfully rescuing DIC in obstetrics to grasp the clinical picture, make diagnosis early, treat the primary disease and eradicate the cause promptly; It was the important method of rising cure rate to use heparin rationally and supply fibrinogen and coagulation factors. Conclusion DIC in obstetrics episode rapidly, the clinicalcondition is dangerous and death rate is very high, hut diagnosis promptly and cure rationally may reduce the matern death rate in pregnancy significantly.
