摘要 缅甸TIGYIT(2×60MW)燃煤火力发电站项目是中国重型机械总公司与缅甸国家电力部缅甸电力公司签订的工程总包合同,总装机容量为120MW,包括2台240t/h锅炉,2台60MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组,一座132kV变电站以及除盐水生产,输煤、除灰系统等燃煤电站附属系统和设备。此项目是缅甸国内最大的也是唯一的燃煤火力发电厂,缅方没有任何安装和运行燃煤火力发电厂的经验,由于各种原因造成输煤系统漏煤扬尘现象严重,本人通过参与安装和试运过程,分析造成漏煤和扬尘的原因,并提出了改善措施。 TLGYIT Coal-fired Power Plant (2×60MW) is the project Contracted by China Heavy-duty Machinery Corporation from Burma Electric Power Company. Total capacity is 120 MW in the plant including 2 × 240 t/h boilers, 2 ×60 MW condensing steam turbine-generator unit, a 132kV substation and some accessory systems or equip ment such as coal conveying system and ash handling system, etc.. The project is the largest and sole coal-fired power plant in Burma. The state of dust raising from coal leakage of the conveying system was serious because the workers from Burma were lack of experience with both equipment installation and plant management. A coumtermeasuer was put forward by the writers based on the analysis of the causes of coal leakage and dust raising.
