摘要
目的:探讨维生素AD(Vit AD)对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IgE水平的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、AR组和Vit AD干预组,以卵清蛋白为过敏原建立AR大鼠模型,Vit AD组用浓鱼肝油滴剂0.2 mL灌胃,1次/d,连续14 d。干预两周后,进行被动皮肤过敏原实验,检测模型制备效果;用ELISA法对各组大鼠血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IgE的水平进行检测。结果:AR组IL-4水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),IgE水平非常显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);IFN-γ水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);Vit AD干预后,大鼠血清IL-4水平显著低于AR组(P<0.05),IgE水平低于AR组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),IFN-γ水平与AR组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Vit AD可以显著影响AR大鼠的IL-4水平,对IFN-γ和IgE的影响不显著。补充Vit AD可能成为AR预防和治疗的辅助疗法。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of supplementation with vitamin AD (Vit AD) on the levels of interleukin 4 (IL-4), gamma interferon(IFN-γ) and immunoglobin E(IgE) in allergic rhinitis (AR) rats. Methods: The SD rats were devid ed into 3 groups: control group, A285.5group and supplementation with Vit AD group. The AR model was established with ovalbumin. The rats in Vit AD group were given 0.2 mL cod liver oil emulsion by po once daily for 14 d. The cutaneous actions of rats to passivecutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) were analyzed in control group and Vit AD treatment group after 19 d of provocation reaction. The serum levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IgE were determined by ELISA method. Results: The serum levels of IL-4 (P〈0.05) and IgE (P〈0.01) in AR group were significantly higher when compared with those of control group, and serum level of IFN-γ was lower significantly than that of control group (P〈0.05). Two weeks after supplementation with Vit AD, the serum level of IL-4 was significantly lower (P〈0.05) , but serum levels of IFN-γ and IgE were changed slightly compared with AR group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: These findings confirm that Vit AD supplementation can decrease serum level of IL-4 significantly and it may be a useful treatment method for the allergic diseases although the changes of serum levels of IFN-γ and IgE are unclear.
