摘要
为提高胰岛素瘤的正确诊断率,减少误诊,对12例胰岛素瘤误诊病例进行了分析。结果表明该病临床症状变化多样易误诊,误诊为癫痫4例,功能性低血糖3例,神经官能症2例,癔病2例,精神分裂症1例。并探讨了误诊的可能原因及临床诊断应注意的问题。
In order to improve the properity of insulinoma＇s diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis, 12 misdiagnosed cases were analyzed. The result showed that the symptoms of insulinoma were various and this diseasa was easily misdiagnosed. Of the 12 cases of insulinoma,4 were misdiagnosed as epilepsy,3as functional hypoglycemia,2as neurosis, 2as hysteria. 1 as schizophrenia. The possible causes of misdiagnosis and clinical diagnosis were also discussed.
